The Human Trafficking Foundation is raising awareness to bring an end to human trafficking with the Radiant 5k/1m walk and Light Up the Night 2021. The community is invited to support two events that will bring awareness to the prevalence of human trafficking, as well as, educate the public of the warning signs of trafficked victims. All the money raised will be to benefit agencies that work to fight human trafficking and assist the survivors.
The public is also invited to gather at the second event, the Light Up the Night Human Trafficking Awareness Event on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at The Shops at Wiregrass. This free event will be held from 6pm-8pm and is family friendly. It will include live music by Brooke Robertson, intermission music will be hosted by Northwest West Community Church, a powerful performance by Vine Church’s Dunamis Dance Ministry, a Kids Zone and teen area which will include games and more, educational speakers and a candlelight ceremony to conclude the event.
